Shipping Policy
At Stag & Steel Supply Co., we ship all orders from our warehouse facilities in the United States. We partner with trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure your gear arrives safely and on time.
Domestic Shipping (United States)

Processing & Handling Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). Processing includes quality inspection, secure packaging, and carrier handoff. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.
Estimated Transit Times
After your order ships, estimated delivery depends on your location:
- Continental US: 4–8 business days from shipment
- Alaska & Hawaii: 7–14 business days from shipment
Total estimated delivery (processing + transit): 5–12 business days for continental US orders.
International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and carrier. Estimated delivery: 10–25 business days. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Shipping Rates Summary
- Domestic Standard: $7.50 flat rate (orders under $75)
- Domestic Free: FREE on all orders $75.00 and above
- International: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
Order Tracking
Every order includes a tracking number sent via email once shipped. Track your package through the carrier's website or your Stag & Steel account dashboard at any time.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit, significantly delayed (beyond 15 business days domestically), or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at stag.and.steel.supply.co@gmail.com or call (720) 507-8826. We will work with the carrier and ensure you receive your order or a full refund.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order.
