At Stag & Steel Supply Co., we stand fully behind the quality and craftsmanship of every product we sell. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.

30-Day Return Window

We accept returns on unused, unaltered items within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a return.

Free Exchanges

All exchanges are free. If you need a different size, color, or want to swap for another product, we'll handle the exchange at no additional cost to you. Simply contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Refunds (Change of Mind)

If you'd like a refund rather than an exchange, we're happy to accommodate. A flat $10 return shipping fee applies to refund requests where the item is not defective. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged, we will cover all return shipping costs and issue a full refund or replacement at your choice—no questions asked.

Lifetime Craftsmanship Guarantee

Every Stag & Steel product carries a lifetime guarantee on craftsmanship. If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect or fault in materials at any time, we will repair or replace it free of charge. This covers stitching failures, hardware defects, blade delamination, and any structural flaw attributable to our production process.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

1. Email us at Stag.and.steel.supply.co@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will respond within 24 hours with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
3. Ship the item to our return address: 13446 N Base Rd, Gentryville, IN 47537, United States
4. Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective. Gift cards are non-refundable.
