### 30-Day Return Window
We accept returns on unused, unaltered items within **30 days** of the delivery date. Items must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify.
### Free Exchanges
**All exchanges are free.** If you need a different size, color, or want to swap for another product, we'll handle the exchange at no additional cost. Contact us within 30 days of delivery.
### Refunds (Change of Mind)
If you'd like a refund rather than an exchange, a flat **$10 return shipping fee** applies to non-defective items. This fee is deducted from your refund amount.
### Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective or damaged, we cover all return shipping costs and issue a full refund or replacement—no questions asked.
### Lifetime Craftsmanship Guarantee
Every Stag & Steel product carries a **lifetime guarantee on craftsmanship**. If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect or fault in materials, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
### How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

2. We respond within 24 hours with a return authorization and shipping instructions.

### Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within **5–10 business days** after inspection.
### Non-Returnable Items
Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective. Gift cards are non-refundable.
